James Graham -2011

James Graham June 9, 1961 - July 12, 2011 died suddenly in Toronto.

James was the eldest son of Senior Technical Inspector Donald Graham who predeceased him in 2008. He is survived by his mother Lynn in Ottawa, and brothers Paul in San Diego California and Marc in Waterloo Ontario. The family funeral will be private.

His death is also mourned by the broadcast and film community who regarded him as an industry veteran. James was highly respected for his creativity and versatility. He had an infectious sense of humour.

Starting out as an on-air in announcer in Renfrew Ontario in 1983, he also worked on-air in Brandon, Medicine Hat, and several "stings" in Ottawa. James went on to work in hi-tech (NORTEL) in both Ottawa and Dallas, Texas.

Most recently, James reinvented himself as a cinematographer and was behind the lense of independent films and commercials shot in the Toronto area. James was busy writing a movie script they were to start filming in September.

James will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know and work with him.

In light of the geographic distance between the many of James' colleagues friends and family, the facebook site below was created for all who knew James to offer their thoughts in his memory.
