Passed away Sunday evening Feb 11,2018 at Ottawa General Hospital after his battle with cancer and a stroke. He is proudly survived by his daughters Julie Kager & Lindsay Geall, 4 grandkids Dylan, Sara, Brook and Kristina and his brother Bob & sisters Dorothy, Margret, Marilyn, Eve & Cathy. Celebration of Life will be held on Friday Feb 23rd at 12 noon at the Strathcona Legion 1940B Bank St. Ottawa, Ontario K1V 8B1
IN MEMORIAM
Passed away on Sunday evening Feb 11, 2018 at Ottawa General Hospital after a battle with cancer and a stroke at the age of 76. Mr. Geall joined the RCMP in April 1962 as Reg. #22448. He served in British Columbia ("E" Division), and subsequently at HQ in Ottawa with the Security Service until his retirement in September 1988 at the rank of Staff Sergeant. Following his retirement, he also served with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade as a technician.
Mr. Geall was predeceased by his wife, Jean Geall (2013) who had also served as a Civilian Member (C/2578) with the RCMP Security Service and CSIS until her retirement. Ken is proudly survived by his daughters Julie Kager & Lindsay Geall, 4 grandkids Dylan, Sara, Brook and Kristina and his brother Bob & sisters Dorothy, Margret, Marilyn, Eve & Cathy.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday Feb 23, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion - Strathcona Branch #595, 1940B Bank St. Ottawa, Ontario K1V 8B1
