Peacefully at Quinte Health Care Belleville General Hospital, on Saturday, April 30th, 2011, WILLIAM WARING ‘BILL’ RABBIE, of Wellington, formerly of Ottawa and Bloomfield, at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Marthe (nee Gagnon). Loving father of Geoffrey and his wife Marie of Edmonton. Proud grandfather of Caroline and Sophie. Brother-in-law of Paul Gagnon, Therese Gagnon Moisan, Robert Gagnon and the late Pierre Gagnon all of Quebec. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. MR. RABBIE IS RESTING AT THE WHATTAM FUNERAL HOME, 33 MAIN STREET, PICTON, ON. The Funeral Service will be held at Bloomfield United Church on Wednesday, May 4th at 2:00 P.M.
